RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are unsatisfied with your product selection for any reason, an exchange or return may be made within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Products and their containers must be in the condition in which they were received; have not been lit, scratched, labels removed, and in original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily refund or replace the item as quickly as possible. If you have an issue, please contact us for help. 

Non-refundable items: gift cards, sale/clearance items, discontinued items,  limited collections/releases, and custom orders and any item listed as non-refundable/ final sale.

All returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note - Candles, wax melts, and other related products can soften or melt when shipping during warm temperatures. Products that become melted when subjected to hot temperatures for long periods of time we cannot be held liable for. We strongly advise you to arrange to have your order delivered to an air-conditioned location, such as a business or home, where someone can receive your package. If packages are left outside during hot temperatures, candles and related items could potentially melt and we cannot be held liable for such damage.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN/EXCHANGE:

Please contact support@puredaisy.ca with your order number and the product(s) you would like to return/ exchange.

Once we receive and have inspected your returned items, we will send an email to notify you that the item(s) have been received and if they have been approved or rejected. If approved a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. (please note refunds may take a couple business days to officially post to your account)
